CLERICAL OFFICER GRADE Salary Scale DOE: Point 1 €22,007 to Max Point 14 €33,096 (pro-rated)
The Administrator will work with other members of the Quality Team to deliver on the team's plans and support continuous improvement and development in Kare particularly in relation to information management and service delivery.
Responsibilities
1. Work with others to support the organisation to be compliant with legislation, regulation and standards e.g. Care and Support Regulations (HIQA) and New Directions
2. Support the development, implementation, review and improvement of Kare's information management systems to support effective management of information
3. Support, participate in and lead improvement projects and initiatives as required
4. Manage information in a confidential and secure manner and in line with the organisation's policies and procedures
5. Perform system exports, supporting report preparation from Kare's central information database as requested
6. Overseeing actions in quality team plan to support overall team management of actions
7. Providing administrative support for the Quality Department, working groups, existing and future projects
Requirements
1. A relevant third level qualification in a relevant area or experience which demonstrates qualification by experience
2. Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite - Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
3. Strong administrative, organisational and problem solving skills
4. The ability to effectively plan and manage multiple tasks and set priorities
5. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. A Full Irish Drivers Licence and access to own vehicle
8. Eligibility to Work in Ireland

Salary is paid in accordance with the Department of Health Consolidated Salary Scales, subject to budget approval. The successful candidate will be required to provide satisfactory references and Garda Vetting and overseas police vetting, where applicable.
