The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent worldwide.

* Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
* Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
* Facilitate interview debriefs and decision-making processes.
* Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
* Use recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
* Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on recruitment activities and outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
About the Ideal Candidate:
* A degree in Human Resource Management or related business discipline.
* 4/5+ years' HR and talent acquisition experience in Healthcare.
* Experience delivering talent development plans and initiatives.
* Digitally minded with a desire to continuously improve our service through innovation.
* Good project management skills and ability to multi-task.
* An excellent relationship builder and communicator.
