Business Development Representative
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers who fit our solution, leveraging existing leads and generating new interest through outreach efforts. You will learn about their business challenges to determine whether HubSpot can provide a solution, and then communicate the value of our platform to gain interest in further discussion.
Your primary goal is to collaborate with Account Executives to develop effective strategies for uncovering new opportunities. You will work closely with 2-3 Account Executives daily to develop innovative approaches and plans.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads (new users and potential customers)
2. Work closely with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
3. Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads while meeting monthly goals
4. Understand customer needs and challenges using sales methodologies (BANT)
5. Carry out market research to expand the customer base of HubSpot
