Customer Success Associate - Dutch

As a Customer Success Associate, you will train, drive adoption, and identify growth opportunities across a high volume of Datadog customers to ensure successful product use and retention. You’ll be an advocate for the customer internally and focus on providing a positive experience for a high volume of accounts. Associates follow a well-defined methodology to identify the customer’s unique needs and clearly convey the value of the Datadog product. As we scale our Customer Success team, furthering personal development and team success is a top priority.

What You’ll Do:
1. Act as an advisor to customers to increase trust and retention
2. Proactively ensure customers are leveraging the Datadog solution effectively
3. Successfully execute the full-sales cycle to identify up-sell opportunities within a concentrated book of customers
4. Troubleshoot customer issues to ensure a positive experience and continued product adoption
5. Collaborate cross-functionally across internal Datadog teams (support, product, finance, and legal)

12. Fluent in Dutch
