Job Purpose
To provide Health and Safety advice to a wide variety of clients throughout different sectors in Ireland within the Advice Team and to support the health & safety consultancy in technical matters.
Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking H&S Advisor who will be responsible for providing H&S advice and documentation to clients, actively owning cases to resolution, and building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with excellent attention to detail, able to work under pressure, and possess the initiative to follow instructions within a busy office environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* The primary part of the role is providing call and email advice to our clients across multiple industries.
* Have a strong knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety Legislation in the Republic of Ireland.
* Attend internal training and legal updates to ensure that advice provided is compliant.
* Research information required to provide detailed health and safety guidance and technical support to clients.
* Submit any relevant reports or associated documents in accordance with client demand and departmental protocols.
* Advise and instruct clients in the use of Health and Safety Management systems and other relevant technical documents and online services.
* Review client documentation and provide advice accordingly, taking their internal terms and conditions into account.
