Your Role
The Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the local customer management, people management, and Sea Logistics P&L. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Customer Care strategy at the local level, as defined by the National Sea Logistics Manager.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and direction to the Customer Care Location team
* Take ownership and ensure the implementation of a Customer Care strategy.
* Guide and support the local field sales.
* Ensure close cooperation with Branch Management as well as Operations Sea Logistics manager for optimized customer experience
* Actively manage interfaces and information / knowledge exchange between the CCL and OCC teams
* Focus on the continuous improvement of customer service processes
* Focus on customer retention engagement of the allocated customer portfolio
* Ensure service excellence through ensuring the CCL team has a high level of forwarding and market knowledge to support the Care Team in resolving customer complaints.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Strong experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills and ability to escalate internally in a correct manner.
* Native or at least C1 level of English skills are crucial.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
* Preferable to have excellent multi modal Freight & Logistics understanding
