Financial Services Administrator
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Junior Financial Services Administrator to join our growing financial services company. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and work toward becoming APA (Accredited Product Advisor) qualified.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing sales-support administration processes, from handling initial inquiries to assisting with the application process. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a vital role in their journey by managing leads, qualifying inquiries, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Administration: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential customers. Screen leads based on eligibility criteria. Maintain accurate lead records using Salesforce CRM. Send information packs to qualified leads and follow up to assess their interest. Coordinate with internal consultants and third-party service providers. Manage the team email inbox and handle general queries.
* C RM System Management: Perform data entry and administrative tasks in Salesforce CRM.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Qualifications & Experience: Experience in mortgage lending or financial services is a plus, but not essential. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel). Prior administrative experience in retail services is an advantage.
* Personal Qualities: Energetic, proactive, and organized. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
