The Role:
Logitech is a world leader in products that connect people to their digital experiences. With a broad portfolio of interface devices, Logitech’s leadership in innovation encompasses a wide variety of corded and cordless peripherals. Logitech is at the forefront of design and is creatively driving a richer experience for digital interactions. Our software applications, G HUB and Options+, empower users to customize and optimize their device experiences. We are evolving our software ecosystem to deliver more powerful, seamless, and scalable features across our applications.
The Group Software Product Manager, Plugin Service & Ecosystem will drive a team of product managers and define the vision, strategy, and execution of Logitech’s Plugin and Content Ecosystem. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in platform ecosystems, SDKs, developer tools, developer communities, and software integrations—and someone who thrives in Logitech’s collaborative and innovation-driven culture.
Your Contribution:

* Cross-App Features: Develop and drive platform-level capabilities that improve functionality across both applications, such as user profiles, cloud sync, plugin architecture, and AI-driven optimizations.
* Requirements: Define product requirements working closely with stakeholders, including other device product managers, UX, other business & product teams, and users.
* Product Ownership: Act as Product Owner during the agile process, documenting user stories, use cases, and functional specifications, ensuring clear communication of requirements to the development team.
* Cross-functional leadership: Lead teams across Logitech, working closely with design, development, marketing, sales, and CX, ensuring alignment, gathering feedback, and making informed decisions regarding product features, positioning, and go-to-market.
* Scalability: Ensure platform initiatives improve app performance, reliability, and future-proofing across multiple product lines.
* Analytics: Monitor product performance and conduct ongoing analysis. Analyze metrics, and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and guide future enhancements. Track KPIs and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions for product optimization, feature enhancements, and bug fixes.
* Market & Competitors: Understand best-in-class and innovative solutions currently on the market and drive improvements, staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Key Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in product management, software platforms, or related fields in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.
* Strong platform thinking with a track record of defining and delivering scalable software solutions.
