We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to join our client's team at a 4-star hotel in Limerick. Previous experience in an accommodation management role in a busy hotel is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all Housekeeping operations to deliver exceptional Guest and Member experiences.
* Operate within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls, as well as well-managed schedules.
* Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Housekeeping/Laundry Team.
* Rostering in line with budgets.
* Staff training and development, as well as employee performance evaluation.
* Attend HOD meetings.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the hotel.
* Responsibility for purchasing, storing, inventorying, and controlling all housekeeping-related items.
* Ensure team members have up-to-date knowledge of all room categories and amenities.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as an Accommodation Manager or Assistant in a high-end, high-volume 4/5* Hotel.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* An excellent team leader who can motivate staff by example.
* High standards for cleanliness and hygiene.
* Able to work full-time in Ireland with no restrictions.
* Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
