The Role:
- Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for B2B customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Attention to Detail: Administration tasks require high attention to detail to maintain efficiency.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through calls and emails while processing orders and everyday tasks. Prioritization and multitasking skills are essential.
The Candidate:
- Language Skills: We seek level C1-C2 French speakers who genuinely care about people and possess excellent communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable but not mandatory.
- Qualities: A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are key qualities for success.
The Process:
- Step 1: Arrange a call with interested candidates to discuss the role and expectations.

The Perks:
- Competitive Salary: €16.41 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, approximately €32,640 per year (before tax).
- Contract: Initially fixed term with a strong possibility of extension or turning permanent.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, regular office hours (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm).
- Hybrid Model: 3 days per week in the Dublin 22 office, 2 days from home (full-time in the office during training period).
