Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to lead and drive design projects from inception through to completion.
2. Present creative concepts and finished designs to internal teams and clients in a compelling and articulate manner.
3. Showcase top-tier visual sensibilities and a commitment to consistently improving your design work.
4. Primarily focus on social and digital design while also possessing the ability to conceptualize brand systems and build brands from the ground up.
5. Translate ideas into designs that are clear, compelling, and visually inspiring.
6. Manage the creative process from conception and design to production and launch.
Must-Haves:
1. 2 years design experience within a digital design capacity.
2. Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and overseeing projects from initiation to conclusion.
3. Exceptional visual design abilities with acute attention to detail.
4. A high-calibre portfolio demonstrating strong digital and social advertising design experience.
5. Deep knowledge of branding, design, typography, and UI principles.
6. Experience developing visual branding, including logo identities, brand language and colour systems.
7. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Strategic thinking abilities to translate client objectives into cohesive design strategies.
10. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
