My client, a well-established, reputable company in the medical device industry is looking to hire an experienced administrator who has experience doing accounts administration and has experience using an accounting software package.
I t is a full-time, permanent role, based at their site in Athlone.

Administrative Support:
1. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
2. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
3. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
4. Schedule appointments and meetings as requested
Accounts Administration:
5. Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
6. Dealing with debtors
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
7. Enter financial data into the accounting software with precision.
8. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
9. Organize and maintain financial files and documents.
Requirements:
10. Must have 3+ years experience working in a similar role
11. Proficiency in using accounting software packages (., Opera, Sages, QuickBooks, Xero, .
12. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
13. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
14. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
