Red D are recruiting a Combined Services Manager for a blue-chip contract, overseeing Hard and Soft Services across multiple sites within a designated region. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead from the fronttaking ownership of facilities operations, including maintenance, cleaning, safety, and compliance. You'll work closely with teams and suppliers, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering top-class service and driving performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of Hard and Soft Services across several sites. Ensure full compliance with safety, maintenance, and cleaning standards. Lead and support site teams, driving performance and staff development. Manage budgets, staffing levels, and vendor relationships. Identify areas for service improvement and implement solutions. Ideal Candidate: 3+ years experience in facilities or maintenance management (covering Hard & Soft Services). Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, team-focused approach. Familiar with SFG20 or similar standards. Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and service KPIs. Comfortable using CMMS and service desk systems.
