We are currently seeking a Hotel Reservation Executive to join the team at The Athlone Springs Hotel.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous hotel experience, particularly in a Receptionist or Reservations role, to further develop their career in the hospitality industry.

Monitor and manage room availability, rates, and restrictions to maximize revenue and occupancy Assist guests with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service.
Work with other hotel departments, ensuring guest requests and special requirements are met.
Handle group bookings and special requests, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Provide administrative support as required to the front office and sales teams.
The Person : The ideal candidate is an experienced hotel receptionist or reservations professional who is detail-oriented, technologically adept, and excels in customer service.
They must also be capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure and work effectively with various hotel departments.

We believe great hospitality is provided by great people Key Requirements: Previous experience in a hotel setting, specifically as a Receptionist or within Reservations, is desirable Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle a variety of guest needs and requests.
Proficient in using hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
A positive and professional attitude, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
