As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and will work closely with management and junior staff to deliver high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in Private Equity, Real Estate or Debt Fund Administration, including NAV calculation, Transfer Agent and investor servicing, tax compliance, etc.
You will also have experience of UK FRS and IFRS accounting standards, as well as strong academic background, preferably qualified as an Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).

Key Responsibilities:
* Initial setup of new funds take-on, liaising with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries.
* Preparation and collation of Know Your Customer and Client Due Diligence files.
* Day-to-day operations of the funds, following up with third parties, including investors and fund managers.
* Fund accounts preparation and periodic reports, regulatory reports for the fund entities.
* Periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements, management of the audit, reviewing other fund related reports.
* Coordinate and arrange investor servicing, including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, issuance of shareholder statements.
* Organising and participating in board meetings and shareholders' meetings.
* Reviewing tax returns and tax balances, maintaining relevant contacts with the tax authorities.
Your Profile:
* Several years of experience in Private Equity, Real Estate or Debt Fund Administration.
* Experience of UK FRS and IFRS accounting standards.
* Strong academic background, preferably qualified as an Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
* Good communication skills, organised and flexible.
* Possess team spirit with ability to work independently using own initiative when appropriate.
* Ambitious with high level of energy and commitment.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines.
* High level of IT literacy with strong Excel and Word skills.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
