Role Description:
We’re seeking a Business Manager Support Intern to assist in various aspects of office and business operations. This intern-level role offers hands-on experience across operations, finance, HR, and project management. You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership and team members, contributing to improved efficiency and organizational success.
Key responsibilities:
· Operations Management
o Assist with daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
o Manage travel arrangements and support logistics for team members.
o Coordinate office mailings, shipping, and supplies.
o Maintain filing systems and handle basic IT troubleshooting.
· Financial Management
o Support financial tasks, including invoicing, payroll, and expense reporting.
o Assist in managing accounts payable/receivable, HSAs, 401(k)s, and FSAs.
o Help track budgets and prepare financial reports.
· Human Resources and Benefits
o Coordinate communications with benefits providers.
o Assist with HR and employee benefit administration.
· Project Management and Proposal Support
o Participate in project scheduling, management, and reporting.
o Support proposal preparation and submission processes.
· Administrative Tasks
o Maintain administrative records, including the ASG DUNS account.
Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
