Job Description
As a Fibre Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of FTTx projects. This involves managing teams, customer relationships, and project risks to ensure timely, high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Delivery: Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables for all aspects of FTTx projects.
* Team Leadership: Lead field teams, recruit, train, and ensure high performance.
* Customer Engagement: Serve as the main customer contact, managing expectations and delivering updates.
* Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks as needed.
* Data Management: Track progress, maintain reports, and present KPIs to customers.
* Continuous Improvement: Document lessons learned and suggest efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of project management & programme delivery experience in FTTx rollouts.
* Proven track record in telecom projects (e.g., cabling, splicing).
* People management experience.
* Familiarity with GIS software (QGIS/ArcGIS) is a plus.
* Background in telecoms/engineering.
