Accounts Administrator (Legal)
We are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join our client's Accounts Team. This role can be based in Dublin and is 5 days a week in the office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Administrating cost aspects of client matters
* Understanding Client account balances and disbursements
* Preparing documentations and files for Cost Accountants
* Preparing cost and time lists for Cost Accountants
* Reconciliation of cost agreements to our ledgers
* Communicating and agreeing offers with third party suppliers
* Preparing payments to third party suppliers and clients
* Sending out payments related to the matter
* Recording all communications and payments to the matter files
* Set up new client profiles on the case management system
* Handle client billing when required
* Posting Outlay to case management system
Requirements:
* Intermediate Excel Skills
* Prior experience with Legal Billing Systems and Client Outlay
* Legal / Professional Services accounts experience
