Job Summary
In this critical role, you will ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures across various areas of responsibility. This includes Associated facilities, supply chain office areas, and operational areas that implement EHS site standards in support of safety, environment, and occupational health goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead EU Supply Chain operations, including EU Product Demand/Supply Planning, Procurement, Order/Invoice management
* Partner with US and India teams, as well as 3rd party service providers (CMO, Logistics), to ensure continuous supply of designated EU responsible products
* Ensure all EU supply chain function activities meet organisational requirements for delivery, cGMP, quality management, health and safety, legal regulations & codes of practice, environmental policies, and general duty of care
* Establish and execute global EU IP Product Management and Governance process with focus on product development and capacity investment, demand/supply performance, quality compliance, financial performance
Requirements:
* Proactively participate in site EHS operations through gemba and SOR investigation and action planning
* Ensure successful HPRA and FDA/Regulatory inspections by delivering a high level of quality compliance and maintaining the supply chain areas, systems, and processes in an 'audit readiness' status
* Measure and analyse process performance, leading continuous improvement programs to deliver highest levels of supply chain performance
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and open communication, implementing daily/weekly +QDCP cascade models for functional delivery management and reporting
