Maintenance Technician II
This position requires knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will perform preventive maintenance tasks, work on assignments that range from semi-routine to moderately complex in nature, and independently locate and diagnose failure, replace defective components, and perform basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment.
Responsibilities include:
* Performing routine work with minimal guidance
* Maintaining appropriate maintenance and repair logs
* Using a variety of hand, power, and test tools and equipment
* Providing general maintenance support as designated by the supervisor
* Coordinating maintenance on critical systems/equipment with a supervisor
* Creatings or revising standard operating procedures
* Performing multi-shift work as required
The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations, utilize established precedents and policies, possess good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and maintenance systems, methods, and procedures.
Requirements include:
* 3+ years of relevant experience
* Trades Certificate or Engineering Degree
* Skills: GMP Documentation, Electrical, Mechanical, PLC Maintenance Equipment
