Duration: 3 months
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9-5
What will a typical day look like?
1. Ongoing administration support with internal departments such as accounts & records.
2. Ongoing management of internal databases which will require great attention to detail.
3. Supporting the business with coordination and scheduling of day-to-day services.
4. Liaising with internal teams on specific projects and monthly reporting.
5. Filing, scanning, and management of records & files.
6. Inputting of figures onto internal systems and Excel.
What do you need to be considered?
1. Availability to start within 1 week.
2. Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential.
3. Previous exposure to reporting or funds tracking in a previous role.
4. Ability to hit the ground running in a new position.
5. Excellent attention to detail.
6. Ability to multitask while supporting various internal departments.
