HR Administrator – 9 month FTC– Dublin City (Flexible Hybrid Working)
An exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Administrator to join a Public Sector Organisation on a permanent contract.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a HR role.
Responsibilities: Co-ordinate and support the Recruitment and Selection life cycleLiaise with recruiting managers to develop role profiles, person specifications and advertising materialSet up interviews and issue relevant correspondenceParticipate as part of interview panelsAdminister HR related documentation, such as employment contractsArrange staff inductions and onboardingContribute to policy development in line with best practice and continuously develop and improve the recruitment and selection processSupport the HR team in implementing safety management systemsProvide administrative support to health and safety committees and working groupsSet up training programmes ensuring notifications are issued, facilities arranged, and appropriate records are keptSupport the HR team in sourcing and delivering Training initiativesContribute to policy development in line with best practice and continuously develop and improve the learning and development processAct as the first point of contact for HR related queries – research and resolve problems where appropriateAssist the HR team with the development and maintenance of HR policies and processesProvide support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance proceduresRequirements: A minimum of two years' experience in a HR support roleHR Qualification desiredProficient at MS OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFor more information or a confidential chat, please email your CV to ******
