As the Sous Chef, a pivotal role supporting the Head Chef, you will be responsible for organizing and running the service smoothly. The restaurant is well established and has an excellent reputation for food and service, with a strong core of repeat business from their clientele, located in the tourism hub of Dingle.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 2 years Sous Chef experience essential for this role.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage a busy kitchen and team, working within a team and independently.
* Flexible to work 40 hours per week, including mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
* Competitive Salary of between €45,000 – €55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
