What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Resolving Level 1/2 technical issues across client and server devices (virtual & physical).
2. Troubleshooting on-premises and cloud applications/services, including MS365 Admin, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Azure Portal.
3. Deploying, migrating, and documenting IT solutions.
4. Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
5. 3+ years’ experience with MS365 tenancy, Azure, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
6. Experience with Windows Server 2016+ and Active Directory.
7. Strong skills in project implementation, documentation, and customer relationship management.
8. Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, MCSA/MCSE, Azure Intermediate, or similar) are a big plus!
