Key Account Manager 3P SnS Opportunity
Join Amazon's dynamic team and take on a challenging role as a Key Account Manager for our 3P Subscribe & Save (SnS) program.
Program Overview
SnS is the world's largest re-ordering program, empowering millions of customers to set up regular, automatic deliveries of their favorite products at discounted prices. This program drives convenience and savings for customers while generating significant recurring revenue for Sellers.
Role Responsibilities
1. Identify, develop, negotiate, and close opportunities across various customer engagement levels.
2. Apply excellent communication skills to persuade senior stakeholders and explain complex concepts.
3. Lead cross-functional projects with worldwide stakeholders, driving innovation and process improvements.
4. Proactively grow customer relationships, expanding their understanding of Amazon's tools and services.
Requirements
* Proven track record of pitching new ideas successfully to Sellers and helping them grow their Amazon businesses.
* Experience in business development, sales, sales engineering, or consulting, preferably in technology, internet, or e-commerce sectors.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.
* Genuine 'can-do' attitude and passion for inspiring peers.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing.
* C1/C2 level German and English language skills are essential.
* Preferred qualifications include exceeding sales targets using a consultative approach.
