We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telesales Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on generating leads for our remote office services by reaching out to potential clients and passing qualified leads to the sales team for closing.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to engage prospects, and a drive to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach
1. Initiate contact with potential leads through various communication channels (phone calls, emails, social media, etc.).
2. Develop and maintain outreach campaigns to engage prospects and introduce them to the company's products/services.
3. Qualify leads through effective questioning to ensure they meet defined criteria for follow-up by the sales team.
4. Maintain detailed records of interactions, outreach efforts, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Lead Qualification & Nurturing
1. Provide potential customers with information on products and services, answering questions and addressing initial concerns.
2. Follow up with leads consistently to keep them engaged and move them through the sales pipeline.
Collaboration with Sales Team
1. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
2. Share insights and feedback on lead quality and sales conversations to improve targeting strategies.
3. Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, demos, and facilitating initial customer introductions.
Lead Data Management
1. Keep accurate records of lead interactions, conversion rates, and performance metrics in the CRM system.
2. Regularly update lead status and provide regular reports on lead generation progress to management.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a telesales or lead generation role preferred.
2. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
3. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
6. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €12.70 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
