Job Summary
Maintain and continuously improve a Project Management Office (PMO) by implementing processes that align with actual needs rather than project ideas. Collaborate with Project Leads to develop and manage project scope, budgets, and deliverables, while understanding risks and ensuring governance at the site level.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and continuously improve project management processes for internal strategic projects within the organization.
* Support local training and roll out of processes to ensure projects are managed according to defined standards.
* Contribute to defining documentation, templates, and reporting standards, working closely with other Site PMO organizations to set standards and manage dependencies.
* Coordinate site portfolio and prioritization according to site resources.
* Actively contribute to preparing programs and projects.
* Conduct team meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure work is performed according to the project plan.
* Develop improvement project business cases to secure necessary support and resources.
* Help generate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) strategy and execute to identify and develop systems supporting continuous process improvement efforts.
Person Specification
* Experience in Project Management.
* Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
* Experience with PM software tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Asana, Click Up, MS Project, MS Planner).
* OEE experience.
* Understanding and application of Lean and Six Sigma tools.
Qualifications
* Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
