Castle Dargan Resort Ltd trading T/A Castle Dargan Estate at Ballygawley, Co. Sligo, F91 F2DN is looking for three (3) Sous Chef. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Chef or Chef de Partie. Experience working in a busy 4 star or 5 star kitchen is essential and must be a team player. Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to the approved standard and presentation. A Sous Chef will also be required to manage food provisions, assist with guest queries, and cost control. This is a full-time permanent role, salary of €34,000 per annum, Hours of work per week: 39 hours. Minimum of level 1 certification required.
