Throughout the placement, you will be an integral part of Stryker’s 2025 Cooperative cohort. Tasks and responsibilities may include:
1. Together, with your Stryker team leader and college supervisor, identifyan HR project along with project objectives, scope, success factors, milestones and evaluation
2. Support and assist in providing training development programs, training process and system solutions and translation of business needs into role-based training assignments
3. Perform duties in support of audits, course design and development and standardization, program development, metrics reporting and training plans
4. Work alongside training specialists across the Stryker Ireland sites to help support the digitization of processes and documents
5. Support testing and validation of systems to determine if they are fit for purpose and futureproofed as industry standards improve
6. Create and design the transition of procedures from written format to videos and how they can be revolutionized
What you will need:
7. Currently completing an Irishor Northern Irish university qualification HR, Businessor other related courses
8. Honesty and integrity; must comply with the quality system, regulations, and company policies
9. Self-motivated, flexible, and hardworking - enjoys working in a dynamic, fast and results orientated environment
10. Reliable, dependable, and punctual
11. Organised, focused, and capable of multi-tasking
12. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
13. Good verbal and written communication skills
14. Basic level of PC skills required
15. Is a team player and capable of working as part of a multi-disciplined team
To be eligible:
16. Enrolled at an Irish or Northern Irishuniversity for the duration of the cooperative placement
17. Available for either 6, 9 or 12 months – exact duration and start date to be discussed with your Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Stryker

20. Should all requirements be met, and you are happy to proceed, in September, successful candidates will be invited to a final round business interview with the hiring team. Your University Recruiting Business Partner will ensure you are fully equipped for this once reaching this step in the process.
21. If successful through the final round business interview, we aim to move to offer stage between September – November.
