Site Administrator
We are recruiting a Site Administrator for a contract role on behalf of our client, a major EPCM company.
The role is based in Limerick and involves supporting the Design and Construction phase of a road bypass in Adare, Co. Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
* Control, manage, and coordinate the daily issuing of project documentation.
* Perform general administrative duties as required by the NEC Project Manager or Commercial Manager.
* Work with the NEC Project Manager to approve annual leave/site hours and update trackers accordingly.
* Support the QA department by uploading records to internal/client databases.
* Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners.
* Adhere to health and safety and environmental standards.
* Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in the administration of civil engineering projects at the construction stage.
This is a contract role with an estimated salary range of €30,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
