Legal PA Job Description
This is a Legal PA role that will be supporting 2 Partners and 3 other fee earners in the Corporate Department of a Top Tier Law Firm in Dublin.
The Role:
* Drafting, amending, and preparing correspondence and documentation to a high standard, in accordance with house style and to tight deadlines.
* Client invoicing – drafting narratives, preparing reports, and tailoring to client specifications through e-billing.
* Maintaining and archiving files – hard and soft copy.
* Organising travel arrangements.
* Diary management.
* Other secretarial, administrative, and ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested.
* Inputting and reporting on Business Development data in their Interaction CRM system.
* Compiling Business Development documentation for new client meetings.
The Candidate:
* 2-3 years of relevant experience.
* Strong MS Office skills and good typing speed.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; the ability to manage a busy workload and meet client needs on a consistent basis.
* Experience working with Document Management and Billing Systems.
* Good experience with Digital Dictation systems.
* A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
