Due to continued growth, new contracts and an extensive pipeline of work, one of Ireland's top developer/builders are hiring a Site Manager/Project Manager for projects in Limerick.
Duties:
* Ensure that all project activities adhere to established planning, health and safety, and environmental standards, while maintaining a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
* Take on comprehensive responsibility for the project's progress, commencing from the tender stage and extending through construction to the final handover.
* Collaborate with the broader team, including quantity surveyors, to effectively manage and monitor the project budget.
* Put together comprehensive project plans, encompassing elements such as scheduling, program management, and risk assessment.
* Serve as the conduit for vital information dissemination to site teams, crucial stakeholders, and collaborative partners within your assigned project area.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Management roles within the purview of either a primary contractor or a developer.
* Prior exposure to high-volume housing projects is highly advantageous, particularly those encompassing 40 units or more.
* Well-documented history of successful oversight in the management of extensive, high-quality housing ventures, whether within Ireland or the UK.
* Adept at spearheading and guiding teams effectively.
* Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory, and eligibility to work in Ireland is a requisite.
* Experience in groundworks and site development processes would be viewed as a valuable asset.
