We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Program & Project Manager to support key initiatives within our Learning and Enablement team. This individual will lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional projects related to training content, systems, and operational processes. The role requires someone who can see the big picture while driving detailed execution—someone who thrives in connecting teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring initiatives stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Program Coordination:
o Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives.
o Define goals, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables—keeping everything organized and moving forward.
o Manage day-to-day project operations including tracking progress, surfacing risks, and ensuring alignment across teams.
o Support the transition of training content, systems, and workflows as part of large-scale operational changes, including platform migrations.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Act as a central point of contact, working with teams across content, platforms, operations, and customer support.
o Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders, ensuring everyone understands goals, responsibilities, and timelines.
o Build relationships and foster a collaborative environment.
3. Operational Process Development:
o Help design, document, and improve processes that support the delivery and management of training programs and content.
o Support the development of new operational workflows to align with changes in systems and tools, such as content access, purchasing, and user provisioning.
o Identify gaps or inefficiencies in how we work and propose solutions that improve consistency, quality, or scalability.
o Support readiness activities like training, documentation, and communications to ensure proper change management and team awareness.
4. Strategic Support & Flexibility:
o Maintain a high-level view of ongoing work, ensuring alignment with broader learning and enablement goals.
o Jump in to lead or support additional projects as priorities shift or new opportunities arise.
o Bring a problem-solving mindset to evolving team needs and business requirements.
Requirements
1. 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in learning, enablement, or business operations.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills—you excel at creating structure and keeping people informed.
3. Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and departments.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence without authority.
5. Comfortable managing several moving parts and adapting quickly to change.
6. Self-starter with the ability to work independently while also supporting team efforts.
7. Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, project trackers (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Trello), and content or learning systems is a plus.
8. Bonus: Experience in customer education, training operations, or content management.
Pay: $2,153,250.00 - $2,691,466.00 per month
