PRIMARY PURPOSE
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Food & Beverage General Manager, oversee and direct all aspects of the Food & Beverage Administration.
TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADMINISTRATION
* Provide general administration support to the Food & Beverage General Manager.
* Prepare and track purchase orders, check and match invoices with POs, and sign off with the General Accounts Department.
* Monitor and print Payroll Reports from Timepoint for the Food & Beverage General Manager.
* Update and organise H&S training & records for the Food & Beverage team.
* Minute Department and H&S meetings.
* Track and issue uniforms to staff.
* Record staff training.
* Deal with guest complaints.
* Co-ordinate and administer environmental and sustainability activities and programmes.
* Complete assorted and varied administration jobs as needed.
* Assist the Banqueting Manager in following up on business referrals and potential sales leads.
* Assist the Banqueting Manager in maintaining a record system to include, but not be limited to:
o Files on all previous functions.
o Banquet reservation book.
o Customer contact file.
* Assist the Restaurant Manager in making restaurant reservations.
