The Role:

* Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to paediatric patients.

* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.

* Provide expertise in specialist seating where applicable.

* Monitor progress and outcomes, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed.

* Contribute to team development and provide mentorship to junior staff where required.

* Ensure all work is done within hospital guidelines and policies.

Requirements:

* Hold a recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy and be registered with CORU.

* Have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 1 year working with paediatric populations (acute or community settings considered).

* Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

* Knowledge in specialist seating is highly desirable.
