My client in the motor industry is looking for an administrator on their warranty & service team.

Key Responsibilities In conjunction with the Warranty Manager, ensure that all warranty claims are processed in accordance with their requirements & timelines Process warranty claims.
Ensure that all documentation with each claim meets brand requirements Verify warranty status of vehicles in response to customer requests Keeping a log of all claims submitted versus reimbursements received from the manufacturers Warranty Literature review all warranty literature and ensure that requirements are communicated to staff internally and externally Prepare for and facilitate all warranty audits Assist with Service department administration, including invoicing and other duties as required Cover service reception as required Liaising with other teams in the business Sales, Parts & Warranty Candidate Requirements 3+ years experience working as a Service/ Warranty Administrator in a dealership, preferably in a HGV environment Excellent communication and organisational skills Be highly flexible and organised with very good administrative skills Knowledge and experience of Dealer Management Systems, experience with Kerridge CDK preferably What's on offer: Competitive salary Contributory Pension scheme 22 days paid leave Employee Discount Scheme Employee Assistance Programme Training with the manufacturer #CplOS25 #LI-LM8 Skills: Word Powerpoint Excel
