Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Marketing Specialist to support the launch of an exciting new product line. This role is centered around content development and will be critical in communicating product features, benefits, and applications to our customers. The ideal candidate is skilled at turning technical information into clear, engaging content across various formats—ranging from brochures and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) to installation guides, product videos, and digital campaigns.
Working closely with product, technical, and sales teams, the Product Marketing Specialist will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to balance creative and technical details are essential to success in this role.
Job Duties:
* Collaborate with product, technical, and sales teams to understand product features and target audience needs.
* Create, update, and manage product collateral, including installation instructions, Technical Data Sheets (TDS), brochures, sell sheets, and product packaging/labels.
* Plan and produce content for digital channels such as websites, email campaigns, social media, and video.
* Ensure brand consistency and technical accuracy across all content.
* Coordinate the scripting, filming, and editing of product and installation videos.
* Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) to design and maintain visual assets.
* Repurpose video content into shorter clips or other digital formats to support marketing campaigns and social media efforts.
* Use project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar) to track, organize, and report on content development and marketing project milestones.
* Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product Management, Sales, Technical teams) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
* Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and industry events.
* Collect and analyze feedback on marketing materials to optimize user engagement and drive improvements in future content.
* Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and collateral, reporting insights to relevant teams.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to keep marketing efforts current and effective.
Requirements
Experience and Required Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
* 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (manufacturing or technical industry experience a plus).
* Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro).
* Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, as well as CMS/email platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.), is a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to create both print and digital marketing materials, translating technical concepts into user-friendly content.
* Strong video production and editing skills are strongly preferred.
* Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
* Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally and present ideas effectively.
* Travel up to 25% across North America.

* Occasionally be required to lift and or move up to 25 pounds.
* Requires sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard or other office equipment.
* Requires speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person or over the phone.
* Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
* Frequently sitting, standing, walking, keyboarding.
* Required to wear Safety Glasses & Steel/Composite toe shoes while in Warehouse or Manufacturing Areas.
