Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to drive technical projects for Sales and Customer Success teams across thousands of users on Yelp.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business partners to design, manage, and improve sales and customer success tools and processes using Salesforce. You will be responsible for following projects from conception through execution, ensuring successful rollouts of new processes and features.
Responsibilities:
* Design and manage sales and customer success tools and processes (Salesforce).
* Collaborate with business partners to identify and refine project proposals.
* Provide strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand business needs and define scalable solutions.
* Guide change management and support effective training efforts.
Requirements:
* Business systems analyst experience.
* Clear understanding of Salesforce's platform and its technical capabilities and limitations.
* Curious, collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual.
* Ability to effectively coordinate and manage across multiple business units and technical teams.
* Salesforce certification and experience working with developers is preferred.
