Mayo or the UK (Thurnscoe)on a permanent basis reporting to the Chief Technology Officer. JOB SUMMARY: The Group IT Project Manager role will be crucial in overseeing the deployment and management of a Portfolio of IT Projects, creating a framework of governance and controls to manage key deliverables and change control elements. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in warehouse management, manufacturing processes, and integrated logistics solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Plan, execute, and oversee the implementation of projects, ensuring they align with strategic business goals and integrate flawlessly with current systems.• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver projects efficiently and within expected parameters.• Collaborate with inter-departmental Stakeholders, IT personnel, operational leaders, and external partners to gather project requirements and set clear expectations.• Offer strategic insights on ERP functionalities and best practices, particularly in manufacturing and warehouse environments.• Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.• Generate and present detailed project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.• Coordinate training programs for team members and end users to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
REQUIREMENTS:• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.• At least 5 years of experience in managing ERP projects, with strong preference for expertise in Infor M3 or similar ERP Platforms• Demonstrated knowledge in the management of warehouse, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.• Excellent project management skills. PMP/Prince 2• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
