Senior Analyst, Compensation & Benefits
As a Senior Analyst in the Compensation and Benefits team at Analog Devices, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's compensation and benefits programs to meet business needs.
About the Role
Under the supervision of the EMEA Compensation and Benefits Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, analysis, development, redesign, and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and programs for global, regional, and/or country-specific scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and implement compensation & benefits programs that meet cross-functional business needs.
* Participate in industry compensation & benefits surveys to collect and analyze data, establishing the company's competitive position.
* Benchmark with other companies' compensation and benefits practices as needed.
* Support the development of annual pay ranges based on market data, established guidelines, policies, and practices.
* Contribute to the annual pay planning process by supporting system configuration and testing, communication, and program analytics.
* Formulate recommendations with cost-benefit analysis on potential redesign or enhancement in the company's benefits programs, including medical insurance and risk plans.
* Develop trusted consultant and partner relationships with HR and Finance organizations to support the implementation and roll-out of compensation programs and benefit programs.
* Identify implications of new legislations on compensation and benefits and recommend appropriate course of action.
* Review and update company policies on compensation and benefits.
* Support benefit programs across EMEA through administration, review, and vendor/broker relationships.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
* 3-5 years working experience.
* Experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in EMEA.
Competencies:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Working knowledge of HR information systems, such as Workday.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to keep confidential data and information.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in English; other languages a plus.
