The Role:

We provide high-quality nursing care to patients and their families in the Adult Hospice service.
">
This role will be based in the In Patient-Unit (IPU) with flexibility to work in the Out-patient Hub if required.

Our focus is on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient and family care with collaboration as needed.
">
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team or independently to ensure the patient remains at the centre of care, whether in a hospital setting or at home.
">
Post: Staff Nurses. Final year adult nursing students awaiting NMC registration within the next 6 months are also eligible to apply.
">
Contract: Part-time, 17.25 hours. Plus, waiting list for Permanent Full Time/Part Time and recruiting for Bank.

Salary: Band 5 (£29,970 - £36,483 per annum / prorata if part-time).

Location: Adult Hospice Service Area In Patient-Unit (IPU), Belfast.
