Responsibilities
* Handling requests coming from different communication channels
* Providing support to different internal stakeholders relating to sales activities
* Managing possible complaints by finding suitable solutions
* Handling outstanding requests turning them into profitable contracts
* Interaction with partners and customers in case of missing documents to promote the finalisation of the contract
* Managing activities of the sales process according to the area of responsibility
* Support in the optimisation of processes
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
* Professional experience in an Internal Sales department or Sales Support role.
* Prior experience in managing customer complaints and providing suitable solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and assertively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support other team members.
