Role Overview
BDMs are responsible for showcasing and selling to potential clients by demonstrating how the business can manage and streamline their HR, H&S, and employee wellbeing processes for effectiveness and best practice.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
1. Complete between 5-7 sales demonstrations per day.
2. Ensure pipeline is managed daily to promote a dynamic, fast-paced sales journey.
3. Self-generate opportunities through social selling and prospect/client referrals.
4. Be an expert in our products and services to ensure a solution-led & consultative approach to sales.
5. Lead from the front to promote high-quality performance and demo bookings via BSCs.
6. Achieve targets and business objectives in a fully compliant manner.
7. Work collaboratively with dedicated BSCs to ensure high performance.
8. Add value by positively discussing our company, brand, values, and products & services to ensure a professional image is always provided to customers and colleagues.
9. Maintain and exceed the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
10. Be a trusted adviser to ensure a consultative and solution-led approach to product proposals.
