Experience and Skills:
* Extensive experience working across different time zones, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and confidence in a multicultural environment.
* Project management skills would be a plus.
* Proven track record in managing dynamic and ever-changing diaries for senior executives.
* Expertise in organizing complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
* Significant experience supporting C-level executives, showcasing high professionalism and discretion.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* A proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
* Experience working in a multinational corporate environment is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in administrative or executive support roles.
* High School Diploma, GED, or technical certification in a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Advanced proficiency in office software and tools required for data compilation and report generation.
* Fluency in English, both oral and written, is a must; Fluency in any additional European language will be considered a plus.
