We're on an exciting journey to unify our brand and elevate our presence across digital channels, and we're looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to help lead the charge.
What You'll Do
You'll own the organic digital strategy, leading our brand repositioning across diverse audiences (B2B, B2C, government). From content planning and event promotion to social media management and influencer marketing, you'll shape how we show up across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Lead brand unification across three colleges ensuring consistency across multiple digital platforms.
* Build and execute a creative, content-driven digital strategy.
* Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
* Plan and promote digital and in-person events to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and foster deeper engagement with B2B, government, and B2C stakeholders.
* Drive influencer collaborations and campaigns. Develop and manage influencer partnerships ensuring content aligns with brand values and resonates with target audiences.
* Work closely with Academic community, product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives and product launches.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital campaigns, including social media engagement, event attendance, and lead generation.
What You Bring
* 5+ years' experience in marketing, social media, or digital content
* Strong track record in brand strategy and audience segmentation
* Experience across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
* Skilled in creating high-impact content (visual, video, written)
* Proven ability to manage events and cross-functional projects
* Strong understanding of influencer marketing and partnerships. Confident working with analytics tools and turning insights into strategy
* Creative, organised, and highly collaborative
Experience working with creative agencies or managing external partners is a plus.
