You will work closely with a Graphic Designer to maintain a cohesive brand image while analysing competitors and adapting strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
* Ensure consistent application of branding across digital assets, on-site materials, and corporate events.
* Collaborate with HR to align employer branding with recruitment strategies, including graduate campaigns.
* Conduct competitor analysis and recommend innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to maintain brand integrity throughout the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 35 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on social media, branding, and digital strategy.
* Experience in the construction sector is a bonus but not essential.
* Proficiency in managing branding projects, from concept to execution.
* Strong project management and cross-department collaboration skills.
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, or photography is advantageous.
