Key Responsibilities Account Management & Retention (Primary Focus) Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Build strong relationships, gaining a deep understanding of client needs and goals. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services that add value. Manage renewals, contracts, and service updates with attention to detail and efficiency. Resolve queries promptly and professionally, coordinating with internal teams as needed. Provide regular account reviews and performance insights to clients. Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates via CRM systems. Sales Support & New Lead Engagement Handle inbound enquiries and assess opportunities for growth or new business. Support the wider sales team by flagging leads or referrals from within your client base. Assist in creating quotes, proposals, and renewals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to support targeted campaigns and brand-building initiatives. Reporting & Insights Track client satisfaction, engagement, and churn trends. Provide regular reports on account activity, upsell success, and retention rates. Who We're Looking For 1-2 years' experience in account management, client services, sales or a similar customer-focused role. Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Commercially minded with experience in upselling or cross-selling. Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
