Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop a pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
2. Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate Corel Consulting's services to prospective clients, emphasizing the value and ROI of our HR, payroll, and recruitment solutions. In addition to understanding the needs of the prospective client to prepare Proposals.
3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
4. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
5. Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
Requirements:
1. Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in SaaS, HR, or outsourcing industries.
2. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, prospecting tools, and other sales technologies.
6. Resilience: Strong ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a commission-based role.
7. Collaboration: Work with the client and consultants to ensure a smooth onboarding of new clients.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position, offering a highly competitive commission structure with no cap on earnings. This role is ideal for sales professionals who are confident in their ability to close deals and are motivated by uncapped earning potential. There is potential for growth and ideally this individual would grow into a salary + commission earnings.
