The role of the Eyewear Area Sales Manager is to lead the growth of our eyewear business in the Republic of Ireland. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team and drive sales performance through strong relationships with independent opticians.

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage and develop a portfolio of independent eyewear retailers across the Republic of Ireland, with a focus on delivering sales growth and market share expansion.

* Proactively seek out new business opportunities, growing existing accounts and increasing sales of our clients' collections through listings, facings and product sell-through.
">
* Build and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers, acting as a trusted advisor for their eyewear needs.
">
* Present and promote our eyewear collections, providing product knowledge, insights and updates to customers.
">
* Offer exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, resolving issues and providing after-sales support.
">
* Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, identifying potential business opportunities.

* Regularly report sales activities, market feedback and territory performance to the Sales Director.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in optical field sales, preferably with a background in sales management.

* Able to work on own initiative to tight deadlines.

* Excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written.

* Able to effectively analyse and interpret data to inform sales strategies.
