Are you an experienced Change Management professional looking to drive impactful transformation in a dynamic, global environment? We are seeking a strategic and hands-on professional to lead organisational change and operational efficiency activities, ensuring seamless transitions that align with business objectives.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering change management strategies, with a primary focus on client centric strategic transformation initiatives. You will also support the adoption of best practices to embed change into business-as-usual operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement a holistic change management strategy to support business transformation.
* Guide and coach senior leaders on effectively leading change within a global organisation.
* Assess readiness for change, identify potential resistance, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Lead change management activities, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment.
* Build strong relationships across the organisation, fostering collaboration and trust.
* Create and deliver effective communication strategies to drive awareness and adoption.
* Define success metrics, track progress, and adjust approaches as needed.
Requirements include:
* Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Development, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* 10+ years’ experience in change management within a global financial services company.
* Strong expertise in change management methodologies, organisational development and stakeholder engagement.
* Proven ability to develop and execute effective communication strategies.
* Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and manage competing priorities.
